This secures the player's spot, and it allows the club to start buying equipment and securing gyms.
Cost & Payments
Cost: Each team will receive their team's cost based on numbers of players and desired tournaments.
Payments: Suggested for 6-7 Tourney team cost

Costs are based on number on roster and number and type of tournaments. Smaller roster means you pay more, but you play more.
Information
USAV Registration
Each player will be required to register with HOA:
Membership: New, returning, coaches, parent helpers, tryouts
* This is a $55 cost separate from the Club costs.
* Register starting September 15th.
Waivered Players - HOA is no longer having waivered players due to age. If you are born before July 1st, you will need to play up. So if you are in 6th grade but born in June, you will play 13s level instead of 12s level, which is the norm for 6th graders.
Deposit with Contract
Each player will need to sign a contract to guarantee their spot on the roster.
* $200 Non-Refundable deposit is required with the contract. ($250 in fall)
* Recommended Payments: $200-300/month
* The only required payments for July contracts are the deposit and final payment due in November.
* Contracts accepted starting July 15th
Reffing & Scoring
All players and coaches must take the online tutorials and quizzes to be certified to line judge, libero track, ref and scorekeep. This is done in WebPoint after players register, and they must be completed before the first tournament.
* 14s & Under: Coaches must be R1.
* Club Scrimmages and Ref & Score Clinic: Look for this as a club in December.

12s & Under Alternate Rules
* Shorter net (7')
* Lighter ball
* Serving line is closer to net
* Get a re-serve (this lasts through 14s)
Parents
* Please do not approach coaches during a tournament if you have an issue about a coaching decision. Please wait 24 hours. If you still want to talk to the coach, schedule a time with the coach and your daughter to discuss the issue.
* This is a learning environment. Do not yell at kids who are reffing/scoring/line judge. Let the coaches deal with any issues.
* Parents who wish to shag or help with scorekeeping can register as an HOA parent participant. It is less than a full registration, and the parent will receive credentials (HOA ID) that he/she must wear when on the court.
* No one likes a crazy parent or drama. Set a good example!
Communication
North Storm VBC has a closed Facebook group to share information and images safely. If you are not in the group, simply search the group and request to be a member.
* Otherwise, look for information here and through email.
